cookies savin the day

My roommate made cookies this morning. At 7:00 am. You see, I was suppose to make something to bring to work to celebrate a colleagues birthday, but due to the scheduledness of my night last night I was unable to make anything/didnt have the time. Hence I woke up distraught I had nothing to bring into work. Upon hearing my predicament, my roommate jumped to the rescue. Mind you, it is still 7:02 a.m. She whipped out these cookies in 12 minutes flat. seriously. I was amazed. And I had some confectionery treats to celebrate the birthday. She saved the day.
